Q: What are the Access
Hours?
A: Access hours are 6:00
a.m. – 9:00 p.m. 7 days/ week 365 days/year.
Q: How long will your
facility be here?
A: We have been on this site for over 10 years and have an
additional 30-year lease with Southern California Edison.
Q: What is the initial
cost to rent a space?
A: Only the first month's rent plus a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable.
Q: Do you have a wash
area and can I work on my vehicle on site?
A: Washing or rinsing of vehicles is not allowed on site either
by our customers or an outside detail company.
You are allowed to perform any mechanical maintenance necessary to make your vehicle road ready (change a tire or battery, etc.) but no major mechanical work can be performed on site.
Q: Do you have a dump
site?
A: Yes. There is no
charge for use of the dump station. It is available for your use within the
facility during regular access hours.
Q: What type of vehicles
can be stored?
A: Vehicles allowed to be stored are recreational
vehicles (i.e., motorhomes, travel trailers, water craft on trailers).
Q: Can I store anything
other than my recreational vehicle in my space?
A: Only recreational vehicles may be stored. Your personal use vehicle can be left in your space when you are using your RV.
Q: Do you have
electricity or water?
A: There is no
electrical power available and no potable water. There is non-potable water available at the
dump site, but not for washing of vehicles or flushing of boat engines.
